About Job:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the sales strategy of the company across eCommerce market place channel like Daraz, Dastagyr and others. The candidates should have the knowledge about current eCommerce market and trends along with best practices. A leader who can inspire and motivate the team and ensure better performance and growth.
Job Description:
- Creating & managing store with complete compliance like store designing, API integration, adding product listing with updated price, store revamping, managing store reviews
- Coordinating with warehouse team and other cross-functional team for smooth operations.
- Audit marketplaces on daily basis and report anomaly.
- Must be handle drop shipping matters like delivery planning, handling returns & claims, payment and return reconciliation & claim damages
- Must be able to make and execute marketing plans in coordination with Brand
- Building customer relationship by quickly and properly responding to customer queries so that customer satisfaction can be maintained
- Must be able to coordinate with warehouse regarding order dispatch
- Optimize listings and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform market analysis and observe changing market trends.
- Explore new methods of performing day to day tasks with efficient and time saving approach.
- Any additional task assigned whenever required.
- Managing team with effective results and targets
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing marketplaces especially Daraz
- Expert-level knowledge and understanding of the market landscape
- Excellent negotiations and communication skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Planning & Execution

Job Description:
- Creating digital campaigns and thinking of the correct marketing mix while incorporating currents trends.
- Conducting marketing campaigns and their execution with the help of LM
- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communication, or relevant work experience
- Candidates having O/A Level or undergrad background from a reputable college, university or institute
- 0-6 months experience preferably with basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Should have a basic understanding of websites, content creation, and more
- Must have strong grip in English language

About The Job:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the sales strategy of the company across all channels: general trade, modern trade, and wholesale. The candidates should be knowledgeable about modern market and general trade dynamics, distribution networks and best practices in team management. A leader who can inspire and motivate the team and ensure better performance and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales targets are meant as per the timelines
- Communication with brand’s TMs and AMs and updating them timely on developments prospects
- Conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are in budget
- Closely monitor individual and team performance
- Ensure distribution set ups are working in line with company policy
- Expert in distribution management and network building
- Improve distribution channel and network
- Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
- Regularly follow-up performance and gauge weaknesses
- Specialist in shop network building and store-wise management of sales
- Specialist in building a deep penetration network across all sales channels
- Well versed with geographic knowledge and markets
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sector preferably in Homecare, Pulses
- Expert-level knowledge and understanding of the market landscape of GT and LMT
- In-depth knowledge of branding and positioning best practices in distribution
- Hands-on knowledge of Planning & Execution
